SNACK BAR STAFF VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE

As noted, the success of the snack bar depends on parent volunteers. Parents of Major and Minor League teams are responsible to staff the snack bar on game days/nights.  The following schedule details team and volunteer assignments.  Please use the following calendar to determine the day/night that you are able to volunteer. If a volunteer is listed, please select another day/night. We need one volunteer each from the Major and Minor teams. Use the Volunteer Form to sign up to volunteer. You will be sent a confirmation of your assigned work date by email. 

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to game time to start food preparation. It is the responsibility of the daily/nightly Snack Bar staff to stay until the game has ended and also to cleanup and close the Snack Bar on their assigned day(s) or night(s). A complete list of Snack Bar responsibilities is posted on the bulletin board in the Snack Bar.
